Start with ingredients people can understand.
The core idea is simple: fresh lion’s mane for local cooking, carefully prepared dried mushrooms, and tea concepts that pair earthy flavors with cacao and warming spices. Reishi and cultivated cordyceps are part of the planned range. Tinctures may follow later, after their own formulation and quality work.
Build for the realities of island food.
Fresh mushrooms need a short, well-managed journey from harvest to kitchen. Our plan keeps them on Oʻahu through confirmed pickup or market arrangements. Dried goods can travel farther, but only after packaging, shipping, and storage expectations have been tested. No market attendance, retail partnership, or standing delivery route is announced yet.
A place for curiosity, not promises.
We want customers to know the species, form, and intended preparation before they buy. The field notes separate food from concentrated extracts, explain labels, and link to background references where useful. They are educational, not an attempt to prescribe a supplement routine or promise a health outcome.
What is happening before launch?
- Establish the growing operation and record repeatable harvest results.
- Develop and evaluate ingredient handling, drying, and packaging.
- Confirm formulas, sourcing, labels, and preparation directions.
- Connect inquiry handling and test it end to end.
- Publish real availability and fulfillment terms before accepting money.
What you see today
The collection is a set of concepts. Artwork is illustrative, not farm photography. There are no finished-product lab reports, certified claims, or customer reviews to display yet; we will not invent them to fill the page.
